RG Francis are available to help people make their homes warmer and more
energy efficient. Grants are available for people who are on certain benefits and
own their home or rent it from a private landlord.

(or if you have oil central heating, grants of up to £6000 may be available)

The Warm Front Scheme is managed by Eaga and is a key programme of the Department
of Energy and Climate Change to tackle fuel poverty by improving energy efficiency
in privately owned properties in England. Warm Front has helped about two million
households in the past decade.

What will I get?

1 Central heating

All central work will need a technical survey. This is organised by R.G Francis (for and on behalf of eagaheat) and we will decide exactly what is needed for your home. We will discuss this with you when we visit.

2 Loft insulation / Insulation Upgrade

Did you know that you could be losing up to 25% of your heating through your roof if you do not have sufficient loft insulation?

3 Cavity wall insulation

Did you know that as much as 35% of your central heating could be lost through the walls of your house if you do not have cavity wall insulation? Making sure you have both loft & cavity wall insulation is a very simple and easy solution to reduce heat loss and also helps reduce energy bills. The Warm Front assessor will discuss this with you during your initial visit.
